Position OverviewTCP is partnered with an early-stage, fast-growing startup building infrastructure at the intersection of healthcare, food, and commerce
. Their platform enables physicians to prescribe personalized, medically tailored meal plans and connects patients with local food providers to fulfill those plans bridging the gap between clinical care and everyday nutrition.
They are hiring a Frontend Product Engineer to take ownership of the full user journey, from initial discovery through checkout, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in conversion. This is a high-impact, product-focused role where you’ll shape the customer experience and directly influence revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for a product-minded frontend engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimentation, and wants to own critical user-facing systems end-to-end.

- Own the end-to-end frontend experience across key user flows including product discovery, menu browsing, and checkout
- Identify friction points and optimize conversion across the funnel
- Run rapid experiments and ship iterative improvements on a weekly cadence
- Build high-performance, mobile-first user experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with product, CX, and GTM teams to align UX with real user behavior
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing user flows
- Experience building and shipping production-grade, customer-facing applications
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
- Strong product intuition and ability to operate with autonomy
