This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area for an Interior Designer | Project Manager. The role involves guiding interior design projects from concept to completion, managing the creation of interior layouts, developing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating with architecture teams. Responsibilities also include space planning, FF&E selections, and collaborating with clients to ensure designs meet their functional and aesthetic needs while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to work both self-directed and in collaborative teams on complex projects. Your ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and assist the team in managing client expectations would make you an asset to our firm.

• Design and management of small and medium-sized projects that meet schedule and budget requirements
• Creation and/or execution of design concepts
• Creation of renderings, graphics, and presentation documents
• Creation of Construction Documentation
• Analysis and evaluation of commercial codes and accessibility regulations
• FF&E selection and procurement coordination
• Executing projects from Programming through Construction Administration
• Client management and project presentations
• Assist with maintaining and improving office design, detail, and specification standards
• Industry best practices research and implementation
• Oversees assigned project staff
• Collaboration with teammates

• 6-9 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (CIDA accredited university)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Enscape/rendering software, Bluebeam, Procore, and AI software
• Candidate desires to pursue NCIDQ path or has NCIDQ certification
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Efficiency in work process
• Proactive critical path task management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Innate and strong design sense
• Programming experience
• Strong space planning abilities
• Commercial building and accessibility code knowledge
• Consultant interaction and management experience
• Commercial experience required
• Workplace experience required
• Multi-family experience (preferred, not required)
