ROLEWe are looking for a talented and dedicated Construction Contract Administrator driven by a passion for design excellence, high‑quality buildings and spaces, collaboration, and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS- Experience – 10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed‑use, multi‑family or hospitality
- Technical knowledge – strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications
- Software proficiency – Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office
- Communication – successful communicator & collaborator in a high‑energy team environment
- Licensure – preferred, but not required
