Position Overview

The Project Architect | Project Coordinator will coordinate the technical development and documentation of projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and project goals. The role leads the full project team, including consultants and specifications, and serves as a key technical resource to resolve design and documentation issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full project team and document coordination, including specifications, all consultants and their documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to the project team to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
  • Present technical and design solutions to the entire project team, including the client.
  • Facilitate open team communication with all levels of the project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
  • Coordinate all Construction Administration processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years’ experience at an architecture firm.
  • Experience using Revit and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Competencies
  • Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
