Overview
Studio8 Architects is seeking a mid-level architectural designer with 3-7 years of experience to join our Austin and San Antonio team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating thoughtful, innovative spaces and will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture.
- Licensure and LEED experience is a plus.
- Experience in the design and technical development of a variety of commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and additional design software.
- Adept at working on project design, construction documents and construction administration.
- Ability to multi-task and work through fast paced projects.
- Exceptional graphic and presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Superior client focused service mentality.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients.
- Resourceful with the ability to ask thoughtful, informed questions to solve problems.
- Contribute to design development and documentation for commercial projects from concept through construction documents.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents and construction administration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members, consultants, and clients to develop design solutions.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software to produce accurate drawings and presentations.
