Semiconductor Customer Support Technical Trainer needed for a 12-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Austin, Texas.

Pay Rate: $23 to $25 per hour

• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to employees in cleanroom environments.
• Teach skills related to assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and mechanical components.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on new product integration and provide training to junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of activities.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and working with tools and machinery.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in customer or supplier manufacturing.
• Technical skills in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong mechanical, computer, and soft skills.
• Experience with ETCH semiconductor processes is a plus.
