Project Architect

With a residential portfolio spanning more than two decades, Cuppett Kilpatrick practices Architecture and Interior Design. We focus on producing daylight balanced interiors with a special regard for scale, volume, texture, and graphic composition. We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our multi-disciplinary design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a design intensive office. Residential experience is a must. As our office is a collaborative environment, persons in this position will be working alongside other designers and architects on multiple projects concurrently.

• Formal education in Architecture
• 5+ years experience working in a design office, residential experience required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable asking questions
• Efficient with communication and correspondence
• Experience in delivering projects from Schematic Design through substantial completion

• Collaborate with design team for successful integration of Architecture and Interior Design
• Develop construction documents independently and as part of a design team
• Study massing and design development in Sketch Up
• Correspond with Contractors and Consultants
• Attend job meetings on site with Owner, Architect and Contractor
