Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute innovative design solutions and work collaboratively on various projects that enhance our campus environment.
Responsibilities- Develop architectural designs and plans for new projects and renovations.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design feasibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
