With a residential portfolio spanning more than two decades, Cuppett Kilpatrick practices Architecture and Interior Design. We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our multi‑disciplinary design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a design‑intensive office. Residential experience is a must. As our office is a collaborative environment, persons in this position will be working alongside other designers and architects on multiple projects concurrently.
Qualifications- Formal education in Architecture
- 5+ years experience working in a design office, residential experience required
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
- Self‑motivated individual who is comfortable asking questions
- Efficient with communication and correspondence
- Experience in delivering projects from schematic design through substantial completion
- Collaborate with design team for successful integration of Architecture and Interior Design
- Develop construction documents independently and as part of a design team
- Study massing and design development in Sketch Up
- Correspond with contractors and consultants
- Attend job meetings on site with owner, architect and contractor
