• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable using Canva
• Demonstrated ability to design for data-heavy products
• Experience designing for D2C digital health, wellness, or fitness platforms
• Strong grasp of mobile-first design principles and responsive web layouts
• Ability to take existing designs and improve without ego
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working asynchronously
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle science

• Understanding of design handoff best practices for React / React Native teams

• Refine and extend existing UX/UI assets for the Heald mobile app and patient portal
• Design high-fidelity screens, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Translate complex health and patient data into clear, human-friendly visual experiences
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and reusable patterns
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians
• Improve usability across onboarding, dashboards, insights, nudges, and progress views
• Conduct lightweight usability validation
• Prepare clean, developer-ready handoffs

• Experience designing dashboards or analytics-driven interfaces for high scale healthcare application
