Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
• Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
• Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.

Own architectural scope for assigned sites: envelope, code compliance, and life safety from review through closeout.

Review architectural packages for constructability and conformance to the reference design.

Drive permitting and AHJ coordination on architectural and life safety scope so approvals never gate the schedule.

Resolve field architectural issues: envelope details, fire stopping, egress conflicts.

• You've done architectural engineering or architecture on industrial or mission critical projects.
• You know building code and life safety at the chapter-and-section level.
• You've run AHJ relationships and gotten to yes on nonstandard designs.
• You catch the envelope details that leak before they get built.
