• Be self-motivated to work within the BIM Design group and across other teams.
• Prepare and develop detailed Architectural Revit models.
• Develop and publish construction documentation for Architectural building system designs in a fast-paced environment to meet scheduled deliverables.
• Create and maintain regional and global template documents, including Revit Families and Detail Components.
• Update and modify existing models, studies and construction documents as required.
• Assist the creation and maintenance of BIM templates and enforce BIM standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution.
• Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations.
• Assist information exchange processes between internal and external customers in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Record and report key metrics to management.
• Travel to data center sites for engineering evaluations and surveys as required (approximately once or twice a year).
• Be positive and offer creative, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work attitude.

As a Designer, you will collaborate across disciplines and teams to refine data center designs. Your work includes creating detailed models, drawings, specifications, and prototypes, and updating managers and leaders on changes to the building and site design. You engage in design discussions, review feedback from peers and collaborators, and adjust designs to ensure our data center solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

You will receive coaching and guidance from experienced managers and leaders who will help develop your technical and professional skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with building codes and regulations for your region
• 5+ years of Architectural design experience on mission critical facilities
• 4+ years of experience using Revit for producing Architectural BIM models and construction drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers
• Familiarity with the BIMForum LOD Specification, as well as applying Lean principles to design modeling and drawing production
• Experience designing within the full lifecycle of a building, from concept to permit, construction, and occupancy
• Use of software:
  Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Dynamo, RF Tools, CTC Tools, Smartsheet, and Procore
