This is an opportunity to join a growing luxury residential design studio where you'll work directly with the firm's founder on highly customized homes. You'll have meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to influence both design and the way projects are delivered.

- Partner with the Principal from concept through installation.
- Produce detailed CAD, Sketch Up, and presentation drawings.
- Source furnishings, lighting, textiles and finishes.
- Develop FF&E schedules and custom millwork/furniture drawings.
- Support construction administration, site visits and vendor coordination.
- Manage documentation, deadlines and multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- 3–5+ years of interior design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Advanced CAD and Sketch Up skills; rendering experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong design taste, curiosity, organization, and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced boutique environment.
Successful designers are naturally curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. They enjoy learning, can communicate ideas confidently, and appreciate craftsmanship, materials, travel, and thoughtful design.
Compensation$72,500 per year
