My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys collaborating with talented architects, designers, consultants, and builders to guide projects from initial concept through construction. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple custom residential projects from concept through construction completion
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Facilitate project and client meetings, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and service across all phases of work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within residential architecture or custom home design
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of design development, construction documentation, building materials, and construction processes
