Builders First Source, Inc. in the United States, Texas, Austin area, is seeking an Associate Trainee for the Component Technician/Truss Designer role.
You will participate in a 16-week intensive training program combining online, classroom, and hands-on learning to develop the core skills needed for truss design. Under supervision you will read blueprints, prepare basic roof/floor truss designs, enter parameters in design software, and collaborate with sales and customers.
