Project Architect
Immediate need for a talented Project Architect. This is a fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austin, TX / Dallas, TX (Onsite).
Job
-23755 Pay Range: $95000 - $115000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
- Lead and support architects/designers through the design process for small to mid-sized projects.
- Develop complete and accurate architectural design and construction documents using Revit.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and project team discussions.
- Manage project design schedules, milestones, specifications, and deliverables.
- Perform code reviews, support regulatory approvals, and resolve complex technical design issues.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy, quality, design excellence, and constructability.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and team members.
- Support construction administration activities and ensure project goals are achieved.
Experience:
- Must have skills:
Revit (BIM) Expertise, Construction Documentation (CDs), Architectural Project Leadership, Building Codes & Code Review, Construction Administration & Consultant Coordination. - 8+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Active Architectural License / Registered Architect (RA) required.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and architectural documentation.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and constructability.
- Experience leading commercial, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, or similar building projects.
- Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating with consultants.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred:
Bluebeam experience and LEED AP/WELL AP certification.
