Our firm’s work ranges from the intimacy of private residences to the massive scale of industrial adaptive reuse. We have designed restaurants, bars, retail stores, mixed-use facilities, and public spaces. Are Seeking

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction. You’ll work closely with partners and team members on all phases of design and documentation, contributing both creatively and technically to projects that range in scale and typology.

Please note that we are an in-office design studio. No remote or hybrid positions are currently available.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of interior projects across multiple typologies (commercial, hospitality, retail and residential).
  • Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and FF&E selections.
  • Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout all phases of a project.
  • Participate in construction administration and site observation
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and design excellence
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Professional degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
  • Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and furniture/lighting specification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • NCIDQ certification and/or Texas registration preferred but not required.
