Project Manager or Project Architect Studio ELES
Studio ELES is an architecture and interiors firm focused on thoughtful design, strong client relationships, and the realization of simple, well-crafted projects.
We are intentionally small. Our size allows us to stay hands-on, work collaboratively, and give every member of our team meaningful involvement in the design and execution of our projects. We believe the best work comes from close collaboration—not only within the studio, but with our clients, consultants, contractors, and trade partners.
Our current work spans health + wellness, hospitality, institutional, and mixed‑use commercial projects, with opportunities to work across project types, scales, and phases of design and construction.
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who cares about design and, equally important, how design becomes built work. In return, Studio ELES offers an environment that encourages professional growth through continued learning, direct project experience, and meaningful responsibility from the start.
Your Qualifications / Abilities- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture; health + wellness experience is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to recognize, develop, and refine good design.
- Working knowledge of the architectural project delivery process, from early design through construction.
- Excellent verbal, written, graphic, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with the International Building Code, Life Safety Code, and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS).
- Be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
- Develop thoughtful design solutions to problems both large and small.
- Organize and manage project teams, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project partners.
- Clearly communicate design ideas through drawings, graphics, and presentations.
- Develop and refine design concepts into coordinated construction documents.
- Remain actively involved in projects through construction, including oversight of construction administration.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of how we design, document, coordinate, and deliver our work.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and capability.
