- Perform architectural assignments with general direction, with limited immediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutions
- Assist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scope
- Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teams
- Research products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation
- Contribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budget
- Assist in the execution of construction administration responsibilities
- Assist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code
- NCARB-accredited degree in Architecture with 3-12 years of commercial experience;
Actively pursuing state registration;
Professional Registration preferred - Highly motivated, Team-oriented individual seeking progressively more responsibility
- Well-organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills
- Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision
- Experience with complex multi-phased projects
- Experience with MEPFP coordination and BIM coordination
- Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
