  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and drive alignment on user and business outcomes
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces by identifying opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs
  • Create and guide the development of high-quality design artifacts, including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Leverage research, data, and AI-assisted tools to inform decisions and accelerate iteration
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience
  • Lead the evolution of our design system and shared patterns, ensuring consistency and scalability across teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers on the team, offering support, feedback, and perspective to help them succeed
  • Influence product strategy and advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions, helping shape roadmap and priorities
  • Contribute to team culture, processes, and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, impact, and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior partners
  • Experience leading design work in cross-functional teams and driving projects from ambiguity to clarity
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across competing priorities

  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of Material Design and other common web application design systems
  • Experience planning and conducting user research
