Join a highly regarded architecture and design practice known for delivering complex, design-driven projects across diverse market sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical project development from concept through construction, work directly with clients and consultants, and play a key role in shaping innovative, high-quality built environments. Ideal for a licensed architect who enjoys combining design excellence with technical expertise, leadership, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development, coordination, and refinement of projects through all phases of design and construction documentation.
  • Produce and oversee construction documents, detailing, building systems integration, material selection, and specification coordination.
  • Manage project technical documentation, including change orders, proposal requests, scope revisions, and project manuals.
  • Conduct site observations, prepare field reports, and support project closeout activities, including punch lists and occupancy certifications.
  • Serve as a project leader by managing small teams, supporting staffing and scheduling efforts, and collaborating closely with project leadership and clients.
Skills & Experience
  • Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience, and a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible architectural experience.
  • Strong background in technical design, construction documentation, field observation, building materials, specifications, and construction methods.
  • Experience working on multifamily, high-rise, or higher education projects, with knowledge of building and zoning codes and regulatory processes.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up or Rhino, rendering platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop proposals and presentations, manage quality control, coordinate consultants, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
