Key Responsibilities- Lead life sciences and laboratory projects through programming, planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
- Facilitate user group meetings and develop laboratory programs, space plans, adjacencies, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, consultants, and vendors to deliver integrated design solutions for technical environments.
- Manage and mentor project teams, providing direction, quality control, and professional development support.
- Support client relationships, presentations, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project delivery strategies.
- 7-12 years of architectural experience, including significant experience in life sciences and laboratory planning environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Proven experience leading laboratory, research, biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related technical projects.
- Strong expertise in lab programming, technical planning, interdisciplinary coordination, and architectural best practices.
- Proficiency in Revit; architectural licensure, Rhino, parametric modeling tools, and AI-driven design technologies are advantageous.
