• Prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents including developing design sketches, renderings, models, and graphics
• Assist your team with programming and space planning to assess client and project needs
• Develop presentations and communicating design ideas
• Perform site analysis and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements
• Keep organized and check your work for accuracy
• Work within and understanding the functional organization of the project team
• May participate in marketing

• A professional degree in Architecture
• 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in all project phases
• Basic knowledge of project design and construction documentation production
• Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D modeling and visualization software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• Completion of or working towards completing AXP requirements
• Commitment to completing your ARE exams
• Interest in public building typologies: higher education architecture and planning, civic architecture
• Passion for the craft of construction and high-quality design
• Interest in all components of architecture, including interiors, a bonus
