Architectural Level II; Non-Licensed or Licensed

We are seeking an exceptional Architectural Staff Level II who is capable of coordinating multiple architectural projects to ensure effective execution. The candidate is technically proficient and can develop plans.

Additionally, this candidate is experienced in construction documents, coordinating consultants, and able to interact well with project staff, other team members, and clients. A prospective candidate demonstrates a strong ability to interpret and apply codes and regulations, meet scheduled deadlines, and produce high-quality project documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple architectural projects
• Understanding of building and life safety codes
• Skilled in construction documents
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for thinking ahead to meet project goals
• Motivated, accountable, and flexible with the ability to teach, and give direction
• Project travel is required
• Master's degree in Architecture is required
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in an Architectural firm
• Proficiency in BIM software, Sketch Up, and Bluebeam
• Experience in Senior Living, Multifamily, or Student Housing
• Must be legally authorized to work for an employer in the United States
