Architectural Designer – Austin, TX

• 3–5 years of relevant design or drafting experience in hospitality, commercial, or retail settings
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interpreting hand sketches and seeking clarification
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with procurement is required
• Must be based in Austin, TX with availability for periodic in-person meetings and site visits

• Create architectural drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and concept plans
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD or Revit
• Coordinate updates, repairs, and additions for operating restaurant locations
• Support documentation and design phases for new projects
• Conduct site visits to gather field measurements and assess existing conditions
• Participate in project review meetings and collaborate with team members in person
• Maintain organized drawing sets and efficiently manage project files
• Work closely with the Director of Design and executive leadership to ensure project success
