Join our customer’s team as a Pediatrician - AI Trainer, where your clinical expertise will directly shape the future of pediatric healthcare technology. In this unique role, you will help train and refine advanced AI systems aimed at supporting pediatric medical decision-making, leveraging your experience to ensure accuracy, safety, and empathy in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AI developers to provide clinical insights and validate pediatric healthcare data.
  • Review, annotate, and enrich pediatric medical cases, records, and protocols for machine learning purposes.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify and correct potential errors or biases in AI-generated outputs.
  • Support the creation of clinical guidelines and educational content for AI model enhancement.
  • Offer detailed feedback to improve the AI's ability to diagnose, treat, and advise on pediatric conditions and preventive care.
  • Participate in virtual workshops and brainstorming sessions to optimize AI training methodologies.
  • Act as a clinical liaison, helping bridge pediatric medicine and technology development.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO) with current licensure.
  • Comprehensive experience diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric patients across various settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for detail and clarity.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and integrating new technologies into care delivery.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and familiarity with digital health tools.
  • Ability to review, annotate, and synthesize complex clinical information for a technical audience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-disciplinary team.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with AI, machine learning, or health informatics projects.
  • Experience in telemedicine, digital health, or pediatric subspecialties.
  • Interest in shaping the future of pediatric healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
