Our practice is seeking a skilled, motivated pediatric interventional radiologist for a partnership track position to expand our section of pediatric and interventional radiologists currently providing pediatric care in Central Texas. The section’s primary pediatric practice site is Dell Children’s Medical Center, a 248-bed state-of-the-art freestanding pediatric facility serving a 45+ county area and houses the region’s only level I pediatric trauma center as well as a level IV NICU.

Recent expansions include additional capacity for cardiovascular and pediatric ICU services as well as a comprehensive fetal care center. Solid organ transplant programs are under development. The group provides pediatric radiology care to additional contract sites within the greater Austin and Central Texas area. A multidisciplinary vascular anomalies clinic meets twice a month, providing a robust referral base.

We practice a broad spectrum of pediatric interventional care, including vascular access, biopsies, drain/tube placement, GU and hepatobiliary procedures, arterial and venous interventions, and management of vascular malformations. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with general diagnostic radiology, adult or pediatric, depending on training background. The practice features 24/7 support staff, robust IT infrastructure, and a collegial working environment. We are especially proud of our close partnership with our referring providers and the critical role we play in providing radiology services to the ever‑growing pediatric population of Central Texas.
