Urology Specialists of Austin is seeking a high-performing Physician Assistant to provide direct hospital-based support to our urologists. In this role, you?ll manage complex inpatient cases, perform advanced procedures, and gain exposure to every aspect of modern urologic care. What You?ll Do

• Round on post-operative urology patients and ensure world-class continuity of care
• Evaluate and manage inpatient consults in a busy, high-acuity hospital setting
• Provide neuro and rehab consults with expertise in complex catheter management
• Perform bedside cystoscopies and other urologic procedures
• Partner directly with renowned urologists to deliver cutting-edge care

Salary: $100,000-$ annually with production bonus of 1/4 collections

Who We?re Looking For

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physician Assistant in Texas
• Urology, hospital medicine, or surgical experience preferred?but we?ll train a motivated candidate ready to learn
• Confident, adaptable, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload

Strong procedural and clinical judgment with exceptional communication skills
