- Valid medical license to practice in Texas
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care
- Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle high‑pressure situations
- Experience with high‑risk pregnancies
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior experience in hospitalist roles or locum tenens positions
Education and Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of obstetric practice in a hospital setting
- Current ACLS and NRP certifications
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Must have valid medical licensure, DEA, and hospital privileges
- Willingness to participate in occasional on‑call responsibilities
- Ability to travel as needed; travel and licensure reimbursements provided
Compensation for this vital role is at $195.00 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
