Job Title: Physician Assistant – Intensivist (Nights Only)

Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX

Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night‑shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high‑quality critical care.

• Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
• Work autonomously alongside a well‑established team
• Utilizes EPIC EMR system

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision‑making ability
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• EDUCATION
  - Graduate of an Accredited Program
• EXPERIENCE
  - Less than 1 year of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
  - Physician Assistants (PA)
• ACLS:
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 30 days of hire or transfer
• BLS:
  Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire or transfer
