Executive Search Consultant – CDMO & CRO Medical Director – CRO – United States (Remote)Overview:
Provide medical and scientific leadership for clinical trials, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality data. Act as the primary medical expert for assigned projects and support sponsors in study design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as medical monitor for clinical trials.
- Review and approve protocols, informed consent forms, and safety reports.
- Oversee adverse event evaluation and safety management.
- Provide medical input for study design and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in investigator meetings.
- Support business development with medical expertise.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent.
- 5+ years in clinical research or drug development.
- Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and global regulations.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
