Pediatric Psychologist ​/ Pediatric Neuropsychologist

About the Role

The primary focus is comprehensive pediatric psychological and neuropsychological assessment. Common referrals include Autism, ADHD, giftedness, learning disabilities, mood disorders, trauma, behavioral disorders, thought disorders, TBI, and other developmental or neurobehavioral concerns. Based on experience and interest, opportunities may also include individual and family therapy, parent consultation, school consultation, and supervision or training.

This opportunity is offered as an independent contractor position within our established private practice. Compensation is based on a percentage of collected fees, with NBAustin retaining a portion for comprehensive practice management services.

Established and respected practice with a strong reputation throughout Central Texas. Consistent referral base from physicians, pediatricians, psychiatrists, neurologists, schools, hospitals, community agencies, courts, and former patients. Comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, patient coordination, billing, collections, and office management. Collaborative multidisciplinary team with opportunities for consultation, mentorship, and professional specialization. Flexibility to complete report writing and other non-patient responsibilities remotely, while all patient services are provided in person.

Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in Texas.

Experience in pediatric assessment.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.
