Qualifications- Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
- At least 2 years (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience) practicing in outpatient primary care within the past 5 years.
- State licensure in Texas.
- Passion for human-centered, evidence-based primary care.
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in using technology for healthcare delivery.
- Team-oriented mindset, adaptable, receptive to feedback, and confident in navigating uncertain situations.
