Join a team on a mission to change the way the world views health

We treat the body more like a plant than a car. Symptoms are the leaves. The nervous system is the root system. Our job is to change the conditions so the whole system can thrive.

Using the Tri Chord Method (our proprietary clinical framework built on Torque Release Technique), INSiGHT nervous system scans, and the Core Four foundational habits, we guide patients from chronic dysfunction back to a body that can regulate itself.

We’ve been voted Best Chiropractic Office in Austin four years running, including 2025. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Clinic Director to help lead our team, mentor associate doctors, and deliver high-level care in one of the most vibrant cities in the country.

Our clinical evolution

We practiced traditional, structural chiropractic for our first six years. Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead. The results were good. We helped a lot of people.

We also kept running into a ceiling. Patients would feel great, then come back six weeks later with the same pattern. Or with the original complaint resolved and a new one in its place. Anyone who’s practiced structurally for long enough has felt this.

Two years ago we changed the model. Today we practice fully tonal, centered on Torque Release Technique with extremity adjustments and ligament support bracing integrated to address the rest of the system. Every care plan is guided by INSiGHT scans, so we can measure nervous system function before, during, and after care.

The shift in clinical results has been significant. The work is more sustainable for the patient and for the doctor.

What you’ll do

Clinical (70%). Deliver tonal adjustments using the Tri Chord Method. Read INSiGHT scans and translate them into care plans patients understand. Run reports of findings and reexams. Hold the standard for clinical excellence at Life spring.

Leadership (30%). Mentor the associate doctors. Co-lead the clinic with the office manager. Diagnose practice bottlenecks the way you’d diagnose a nervous system pattern. Report weekly to the owner on stats, patient feedback, and team health.

Why join Life spring

Live and work in Austin. One of the most sought-after cities in the country, in a neighborhood people dream about.

Your voice matters. Co-lead the clinic with the owner and office manager. Shape strategy, culture, and what comes next.

Real work-life balance. Weekends off. Four-plus weeks of paid time off. Monday through Friday only.

Growth and mentorship. Learn the Tri Chord Method directly from the doctor who developed it. Mentor associate doctors of your own.

A clear path forward. Life spring is growing. The vision includes additional locations over time, and a Clinic Director who performs well in this role is the natural lead for what comes next.

Three or more years in practice with leadership experience. Two is the absolute minimum.

Believes the nervous system is the root of healing. Whether you’ve practiced this way for years or you’re just starting to suspect it’s where the answers live, what matters most is the philosophical buy-in. If you’re open to learning and ready to make the shift, we’d love to meet you.

Skilled in or excited to learn neurologically focused, tonal techniques. Experience with Torque Release Technique is a strong plus. We’ll train you on Tri Chord, TRT, and INSiGHT scans.

Confident interpreting clinical findings and tracking patient outcomes. Strong patient communicator who can hold a Report of Findings without losing the room.

Accountable, coachable, leadership-oriented. The four traits that matter most here are accountability, coachability, leadership, and culture fit.

Responsibilities

Deliver tonal adjustments using the Tri Chord Method.

Lead patients through care plans rooted in nervous system regulation and the Core Four foundational habits (sleep, stress management, movement, blood-sugar-stable nutrition).

Read and interpret INSiGHT scans to guide care plans and patient education.

Collaborate with leadership to grow the clinic and the team.

Mentor associate doctors and contribute to practice development.
