Physician Assistant (PA) - Sleep Medicine
Location: Austin, Texas (Telemedicine and In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team and contribute to our pioneering work in sleep medicine.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with attending physicians to provide clinical direction and leadership in the assessment and treatment of sleep-related conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive sleep consultations and follow-up visits via telemedicine and in person.
- Recommend and authorize prescriptions for appropriate sleep therapy. Must be open to all treatment modalities and options.
- Manage therapy compliance and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with physicians to improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and overall service quality.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews and peer reviews.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of patient care.
Requirements
