- Base salary up to $200K, based on experience
- Sign-on bonus up to $45k (an extra sign on if you can start before November), with a clawback structure — happy to walk through the details on a call
- Total comp all in can be up to $350k!!!
Join a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility featuring 3 surgery suites, an in-house 64-slice CT, a dedicated internal medicine procedures room, endoscopy, a dedicated ER, and a dedicated ICU equipped with Snyder O2 cages and separate respiratory/GI/MDR isolation wards. Planned specialty services include emergency, internal medicine, critical care, and surgery. We not only promote outstanding patient care but also personal development, with clinical, leadership, research, and teaching development programs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Emergency and critical care
- Diagnostics and medical record keeping
- Evaluate, triage, and stabilize emergency cases
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, poisonings, trauma, respiratory distress, seizures, and other critical conditions
- Perform emergency procedures and surgeries when needed
- Manage hospitalized and ICU patients
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment plans based on patient condition
- Administer medications, blood products, fluids, and pain management protocols
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active state veterinary license (or ability to obtain quickly)
