An exciting Locum Tenens opportunity for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist is available in Austin, Texas. The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through 24-hour in-house call shifts managing 278 average annual deliveries. This role involves first assist services to hospitalists, backup support for certified nurse midwives, and handling obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.

• Maintains 278 average annual deliveries
• Support staff includes hospitalists, CNMs working 84 hours per week with weekend rounds, MFM onsite, and in-house anesthesia coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through 24-hour in-house call shifts managing 278 average annual deliveries
• Provide first assist services to hospitalists
• Serve as backup for certified nurse midwives during assigned shifts
• Provide continuous availability for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies while maintaining optimal patient care delivery
