Job Summary
Physician centered nonprofit Health Center seeks a Pediatrician for a four‑day work week in Kyle, Texas.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary: $225,000 / year. Health, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) and 457(b) retirement programs (kick in after 90 days). Covered malpractice through Federal Tort Claim Act. Loan repayment assistance (NHSC, PSLF, Texas Higher Education) – $25–35k yr tax free. High HPSA score: 19.
Paid time: 5 days for Professional Education annually (1 week); 21 accrued PTO days (4 weeks and 1 day); 8 paid holidays (1 week 3 days); 1 paid Personal Float Day annually. Total paid time per year is excellent.
Job Responsibilities- Provide outpatient pediatrics: evaluations, sick visits, developmental check‑ups, etc.
- Work scheduled 4-10’s – Tuesday to Friday 8:00AM to 7:00PM within a brand new facility in a safe area.
- Collaborate with 2 NPs and 3 pediatricians in a group of 33 clinic locations.
- Pediatrician board‑eligible or board‑certified.
- Must hold a Texas state license.
