We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Clinical Services (Optometrist) to direct clinical care and operational standards across our expanding network of practices in Austin, TX. In this dynamic, hybrid clinical-and-executive leadership role, you will continue delivering exceptional care to your patients while setting organizational clinical protocols, mentoring associate doctors, spearheading doctor round tables, and driving enterprise growth. As a key executive within our organization, your leadership will have a direct, highly visible impact on our providers, our patients, and the long-term trajectory of the business.

What You'll Be Working On- Direct Clinical Care: Performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating ocular conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses to maintain active clinical engagement.
- Clinical Protocol & Quality Standards: Developing, implementing, and monitoring enterprise-wide clinical protocols, quality standards, and healthcare compliance practices.
- Provider Mentorship & Development: Recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting staff optometrists across all network locations.
- Clinical Forums & Innovation: Leading regular doctor round tables, case discussions, and educational updates while driving practice-wide technology adoption.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborating closely with executive leadership on network expansion, strategic planning, resource allocation, and clinical KPIs.
- Education: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an ACOE-accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active Texas Optometry License with therapeutic privileges (or eligibility).
