Your role: create and implement focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in scaling that program to campuses across the country.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating personalized motivation strategies using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student data to improve instructional approaches and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum—academic content is delivered via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting to student interactions within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our campuses:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
