Job DetailsPurpose:
A research assistant position to support coding and assessment efforts across two projects.
- Conduct in-person assessments of infant/toddlers
- Code parent-child interaction videos and maintain reliability
- Conduct virtual assessments with parents and their infant/toddlers
- Maintain up-to-date data entry, Asana task management, and scheduling with families
- Participate in lab recruitment efforts, weekly data meetings, and assessment room set up/clean up/material and supply management
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with young children (6-36 months of age)
- Experience working with parents of young children
- Experience maintaining data collection records
- Works well with team members
- Communicates clearly with team members
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's in a relevant field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience conducting the Mullen Scales of Early Learning
- Experience conducting the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule
- Experience administering parent-child interactions
- Experience coding parent-child interaction videos for language and/or behavior
- BCBA or SLP credential
$40,000 - $45,000
Working Conditions- Typical office environment, some work in schools for in-person assessments
