We seek coaches who recognize themselves in our students: exceptional achievers who understand the ambition to accomplish more, faster. This is not a teaching position. You are a coach and mentor who applies AI-driven tools and motivational strategies to support gifted children in completing high school years ahead of schedule. No classroom management, no conventional instruction.

What You Will Be Doing- Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
- Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in parallel with academic objectives
- Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
- Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious educational milestones
- Work alongside a team transforming education for high-performing learners
- Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
- Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
- Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
