Role OverviewBEPC is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer III to support the development and delivery of ERP training programs for a large-scale People Soft Financials (FSCM 9.2) implementation.
This role will focus on designing and delivering accessibility-compliant training curriculum across multiple delivery formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions, and asynchronous eLearning modules.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, large remote team environment and bring strong experience in ERP systems training, curriculum development, Agile methodologies, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive ERP training program tailored to financial business functions
- Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based training content from the ground up
- Participate in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure training accuracy and alignment
- Create instructor materials including course outlines, background materials, exercises, and training aids
- Develop computer-based, multimedia, simulator-based, and instructor-led training modules
- Facilitate onsite, remote, and web-based training sessions for trainers and end users
- Manage and update SharePoint training sites
- Draft and maintain supplementary technical documentation
- Conduct test analysis and revise instructional materials as needed
- Assist in evaluating vendors and recommending training tools/resources
- Support productivity reporting and curriculum updates
- Ensure alignment with Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements
- Stay current on evolving training technologies and alternative instructional methods
- 8+ years developing training programs for ERP systems
- 8+ years developing accessibility-compliant training content
- 4+ years hands-on experience with eLearning software
- 4+ years experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2
- 4+ years experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- 2+ years experience using Microsoft Teams in large team environments
- 2+ years experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
- Strong understanding of Agile, incremental, and iterative training delivery
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear instructional materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- Experience with Jira
- Understanding of EIR Accessibility and assistive technologies
- Experience delivering training in regulated or government environments
- Candidates will be subject to a pre-employment security review
- Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required
- Travel (if required) must be pre-approved
- This role may transition to hybrid (Austin, TX) if required
