Purpose
The Student Program Coordinator will participate in the planning, development, implementation, and delivery of one or more programs designed to support undergraduate student populations and for the Cockrell School of Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the development, coordination, and implementation for assigned student services programs. Examples of such programs include Assisting with Degree Certification, Athletics. Certification Process, Catalog updates regarding the Interactive Degree Audit (IDA) system, and Graduate Course Reservation Forms.
- Partners with the degree auditors to assist with the development and coordination efforts for programs, activities, and events.
- Assist with programmatic communications, evaluations, and assessments. Assist with collecting, analyzing, and producing reports related to program activity.
- Assists with the development and publishing of informational materials and websites to ensure students are aware of programs and services.
- Participates in university‑wide and school‑wide activities such as Family Weekend, Honors Day, Order of the Engineer, and Prospective Student Information Sessions.
