• Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using customized, accelerated learning paths
• Guide students in developing life skills—including resilience, grit, public speaking, and focus—in addition to academic objectives

• Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Documented record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth
• Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
