Relocation assistance provided

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building foundational phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy tools

• Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence

Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
• Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
