You have accomplished difficult goals. You have operated under genuine standards. You understand the distinction between effort and results. If you are ready to apply that capability in a setting where it reshapes a young person's future, this position is designed for you.
Alpha School leverages AI-driven 1:1 instruction, enabling students to complete core academics in roughly two hours each day. This structure opens the remainder of the day for developing life competencies, pursuing personal interests, and genuine development. At our most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor capable of assessing the environment, establishing expectations, and guiding them through avoidance, distraction, and internal doubt.
This is not conventional classroom teaching. You will not deliver lectures, assign grades, or develop curriculum. Your role is to coach. You will facilitate demanding life-skills training. You will interpret data to identify what limits a student's progress, then intervene with precision and empathy until behavior changes.
If you possess an elite credential and a history of elevating others' performance, we are interested in speaking with you. Apply to contribute to a campus environment where students arrive prepared, build meaningful competencies, and surpass challenging targets.
