Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Aequor is partnering with a school district in the Austin, TX area to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position. This is a great opportunity to work within a collaborative team while supporting students in an educational setting.

  Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Hours:
  
  37.5–40 hours per week
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP
• Contract:
  
  Through the end of the school year (with potential renewal)

• Provide behavior analytic services to students
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Support IEP development and implementation
• Provide staff training and behavior support strategies

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children or in school settings preferred

• Strong collaboration and data analysis skills

• Experience working with children or in school settings preferred
