Key Responsibilities Ensure alignment of instructor-developed materials with client-provided curricula and standards Apply the ADDIE model to guide curriculum design and instructional content development Train and certify instructors on curriculum administration and provide ongoing professional development
Required Qualifications Minimum of five years' experience in teaching foreign languages Certification in Instructional Systems Design or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of instructional design practices and the ADDIE model Demonstrated knowledge of proficiency-based instruction aligned to the ILR scale General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional
