The Rosenthal Department of Management periodically hires non‑tenure track faculty to instruct undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, including positions in the Lecturer, Professor of Instruction, and Clinical series titles.
Needed courses range from introductory to advanced areas of specialization in management and organizational behavior; areas of special interest include:
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Leading teams
- Managing human capital and people analytics
- Related topics

Qualifications- A master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- A Ph.D. degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence (or potential for excellence) in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Evidence of research training (essential for Clinical appointments).
